No, there are no long-term contracts. You have the flexibility to cancel whenever you need to. However, please note that your cancellation will take effect the following month, and we are unable to refund or adjust the charges for any unused hours.

Will I have the opportunity to meet my assistant before we start working together?
We match you with an assistant based on various criteria such as skill requirements, time zone, company type, and personality. You will have the chance to meet your new assistant during the kickoff delegation strategy call. If at any point you feel that this individual is not a suitable fit for you, you can request a different assistant.
