Is there an initial fee?
No, we don't have any one-time charges. Your first month includes a free kickoff delegation strategy call.
Can I modify my subscription?
Certainly, you have the option to change your plan. If needed, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Any plan changes will take effect in the following month.
What if I don't use all of my allocated hours?
We strive to ensure that never happens. Our assistants regularly communicate with their managers (referred to as delegation experts) to devise strategies to assist you. Although we don't allow hours to be carried over, this shouldn't be an issue as long as you are on the appropriate plan.
Are there any long-term agreements available?
No, there are no long-term contracts. You have the flexibility to cancel whenever you need to. However, please note that your cancellation will take effect the following month, and we are unable to refund or adjust the charges for any unused hours.
Is it possible for my assistant to handle multiple email accounts?
In addition to the number of hours, the pricing of our plans is also influenced by the number of team members involved. If you require your assistant to manage multiple inboxes for different individuals in your company, it is important to select the appropriate plan from the options provided.
Will I have the opportunity to meet my assistant before we start working together?
We match you with an assistant based on various criteria such as skill requirements, time zone, company type, and personality. You will have the chance to meet your new assistant during the kickoff delegation strategy call. If at any point you feel that this individual is not a suitable fit for you, you can request a different assistant.
